I joined a boot-camp style workout class at the gym. You have to pay an extra fifty dollars a month, but the results are well worth it. The class uses interval training and works different muscles in non-traditional ways for the hour you are there. The class meets at 6AM and 8PM, so only the truly dedicated show up for the three day a week class. The first week that I did the boot-camp, I was in extreme pain. I worked muscles that I didn’t know that I had. I had no energy and would come home from work and flip on DIRECT star Tv. I could barely even watch television without my eyes shutting on me. Over the next three weeks, I began to become more accustomed to the intense sessions. Now I feel great. I feel better about my body, have increased stamina, and have tone in muscles I didn’t know existed. My energy level has also increased. Give it a chance, but be advised the during the first week, you will feel the most out of shape you have felt in your entire life.
